Looks like foodstamp abuse is about 7%. That seems really low to me, considering the scope of the program, and how it operates. What is the percentage of abuse and graft in Iraq in terms of the money we are dumping in there? IMO feeding our own citizens is a much more important "war" than anything we are doing overseas- so I have to say the percentage of abuse seems really low to me. gao.gov
