"It has over 50 footnotes"
Uh huh. I noticed footnotes to all manner of polls, which can only measure "OPINION" at best.
The footnotes are also loaded with references to newspaper editorials, articles & books from left wing activists like Noam Chomsky, Richard Falk, Jean Bethke Elshtain, David Ray Griffin, Thierry Meyssan, Chalmers Johnson, David North, etc.
That doesn't instill confidence that these "footnotes" are reliable sources of hard facts, let alone credible evidence.
Even worse, none of the footnotes include the exhaustive investigations of the 9/11 Commission or the Senate Intelligence Report, except to malign them (or cherry pick a few minor points to the exclusion of the overall conclusions).
The problem is that these thoroughly vetted reports both concluded;
- Bush didn't lie or mislead
- No one from the Bush Admin pressured anyone to elicit desired responses
- No one from the Bush Admin had prior knowledge of 9/11 or used it for any "agenda"
And those investigations were bipartisan. |
