Hi Lance, Agreed on price discussions.ERG I read a report on Nvls - negatively thinking that they were losing share to possibly Acls or Mattson Tech. Message 21298639 It sounded to me that management has been slow to downsize/consolidate.Their reference to Rockville closing still impacting next quarter's earnings seems slow compared to most other SCE companies.The slow down has been a long term environment and most have accomplished their downsizing. Picking up shares below 6 is attractive as long as these people have the products needed in tomorrows 300 mm fabs. If the Capex for logic devices takes hold domesticly the second half - it could add up a nice double bagger in 06. I'm hopeful Acls is gaining share in both implant and dry strip. Bob
