My post was not only relevant, but also corrected the false impression in your post that sexual lust was the principle sin of Sodom.

If that was your intention, then why did you use the word "lust" instead of pride? "The men of Sodom who would not stop pursuing their lusts even to the point of their own destruction. "

If you really believed that "pride" was the sin of Sodom instead of lust, then why not say: "The men of Sodom who would not stop pursuing their PRIDE even to the point of their own destruction."

I am glad that you clarified that your intent was to show that sin starts with pride. ("All sin starts with pride that blinds and enslaves. That was the point of my post.")

My reference to Republican politics was not directed at you.
