I've heard several combo's involving SVGI make lots of sense...check out the "General Litho" thread, especially "Andrew Vances" stuff, he is a wealth of info and had mentioned SVGI/Lam, and others, dont remember if it included UTEK but think it did. I would think that there are lots of comb's in the Equip bus that make lots of sense with AMAT on the verge of "one stop shopping" (or so people think...then some new technology comes out right? hahah) and as long as conventional wisdom says its smart, people usually do it.
