There are some signs of this, but most climate models don't show a breakdown for some time to come... On the other hand the cooling predicted is much too much. London would switch to having a climate like Vancouver on the same latitude on the Norht American west coast. Like a degree or two Celsius colder. At the moment it is like Seattle... Looking at the North American analogies I've never been that impressed by the arguments.
