Since I know of nobody, including my kids that are perfect. I obviously understand the idea of loving imperfection. To be honest it's the constant stream of negativity about anything done by the conservatives with no ideas of their own that wears me down. SSI is a prime example today. The Democrats spent a whole election cycle screaming about the lock box and the fact that SSI is being raided and will be broke. Never mind that they have been raiding it since it's inception, they spent a cycle screaming about the evil Republicans killing SSI. Bush says we need to do something and presents an outline for the start of discussion and the only thing we hear is how is how he is going to wreck a perfectly good system and bankrupt the little guy. It's bullshit and not helpful and I'm weary of it. I'm weary of a constant stream of reasons why America sucks without anything constructive said. Constant negativity with no ideas other then lets all be vegan's and then we'll get along. I just need to shut off my computer it's obvious. At the very least I need to un bookmark any thread that is political.
