LOL. Bushies all consider themselves above the law. Look at Cheney refusing to give up his Enron energy papers. Tom DElay with his tensds of millions in money laundering. The outing of CIA agent Plame and the cover-up there. The huge Halliburton ripoffs. The enormous gas gouging. The refusal to investigate Gannongate. The hiring of loyal yes-men to every powerful position.

Not a single Bush top guy has been fired except two who dared to tell the truth. You have it backwards.
