That person is definitely a leftist, and seems to consider individuals to be incompetent in handling their own money. Socialism is his game.

Barrons is an unlikely spot to find a socialist proposal.

And returning assets to citizens and shutting down the SS system seem unlikely characteristics of a socialist proposal.
