re: Hey, like I said before, in the halls of academia and political correctness, Christianity is hardly an "overwhelming incumbent." And even if it is in the rest of society (as opposed to the sheltered ivy covered Ivory Towers), that's still no excuse.
The overwhelming majority of kids in this country get brought up Christian. What do you want, indoctrination? Collage is a time of questioning, it's what leads to independent thought and creativity. If Christianity can't stand up to a small level of skepticism, so be it. There is certainly a ton more skepticism towards "other" religions everyday in this society. Hell, atheists are mostly demonized.
re: I challenge you to find any sentence where I complained about being "oppressed." Or where I demanded no disagreement at all. Or where I desired blind obedience from the minority. Or where I act like a victim of abuse.
Well, you said:
"In the halls of political correctness, all religions are given a fair shake except for Christianity, which to the guardians of PC thought is the religion of oppression."
That sounds like "oppression" and "abuse" to me.
Listen, you sound like a dumb US white male complaining about racial discrimination. All the numbers prove him wrong, but he's just got to have an excuse, thus his persecution complex.
You sure you really, really believe?
