The reason I could not post was simple:

YOU BANNED ME FROM POSTING.

It was not that I "could not post", there was no accident, no glich, and you very well know that.

You don't have to admit it to me or anybody else, but for God's sake I hope you at least can admit it to yourself.

And believe me, I DO know the whole story. I don't shoot from the hip. I did far more checking than you might imagine. A lot of checking. I would never ever write anything like this unless and until I DID know the whole story. Well, I do.

And that is the last thing I will say on this.
