I'm always happy to let people try out upgrades before I do. I sometimes wonder what the rush is to install upgrades on a system that is working. Unless there is some advantage in it for me I don't install them. If there is no advantage I'm not going to be a guinea pig just because Apple is too cheap to adequately test the upgrade.

I think some do it because of perceived security flaws but my take on that is that the few flaws that OSX has are either hard to exploit or arcane, so I don't worry about having the latest and greatest as I think the odds are hugely with me.
