May 10, 2005 The settlement says that the original transaction between Walter Davis and Mario Quenneville will be rolled back as it was on March 26,2002 . Each side will recover their assets or debts and each of us will walk away and move on in with our life. Another publicly trading company for Superwipes will take place within weeks and all the shareholders interested to follow me will be welcome to exchange their shares of summit with the new company and work forward instead dragging the past.
