More habitual moral hazard. They must be looking for a big hole on the FCB front regards the 2-3-10 year auctions this week. Except bond were up before this, so just don't get it, unless it's just plain old pent up Uncle Ernie urges. Guess we watch the markets, ought to rally once again, but if not? Notice that they are having trouble with oil since these coupon passes started back up.
