I was extremely disappointed that CMTR did not start shipping HPcheck in August as previously stated by management. Way back last winter this was a revised date and considered the very outer limit. Now you & others have raised varied & valid senarios about what MIGHT BE happening. CMTR management doesn't help with their almost complete lack of communication to shareholders. I specifically complained to Ed Covell about this but he did not address the issue. With the new NASDAQ regs is this company heading for the pink sheets? Does management have a plan in place to prevent this? I've got way to much riding on this company, (a lesson in investing I'll never forget) and consequently spending far to much time watching day by day. If Astra/Merck backs out of the deal it will be a staggering blow to CMTR and then who knows what, disaster? BTW at least 1 CMTR executive I spoke to reads this thread. ???? CMTR management will you address these concerns???? still hopeful but wavering Randy
