Peter Blackmore provides business communication market leader with expertise in enterprise sales and marketing to key verticals

BURLINGTON, Mass., May 10 /PRNewswire/ -- StreamServe Inc. -- the leader in the business communication market -- announces the appointment of Peter Blackmore, president of Unisys worldwide sales and marketing, to its board of
directors. Mr. Blackmore was appointed an advisor to the StreamServe Board in 2004. "We are intent on growing StreamServe into the number one company in our market segment," said Chris Stone, president and CEO of StreamServe. "To accomplish that, we are focusing on increasing sales and marketing into our key markets, so we will really benefit from Peter's expertise in the enterprise space."

Mr. Blackmore, who also serves on as an officer of Unisys, was formerly executive vice president of Hewlett-Packard's Customer Solutions Group, and executive vice president of the Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Systems Group. Prior to Compaq Computer's merger with Hewlett-Packard, Mr. Blackmore was
Compaq's executive vice president of sales and services.

Prior to joining Compaq, Mr. Blackmore was marketing director for Rank Xerox UK. He also held senior sales management and marketing management positions in the United Kingdom and internally for Burroughs.

Mr. Blackmore was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge, and holds a master's degree in economics.
