I don't think the truth of what he did is really clear. Perhaps it will never be. Reports conflict with each other. "Going off on subordinates" is something that there is strong evidence for, but there may have been some justification, apparently it hasn't happened recently, and I don't think this is enough to disqualify him. The other stuff could be but the evidence for it is less certain. Tim
