(OT) lower back pain

I did some research on this for some friends, and they reported back very good results with the following simple exercise:"

Lie on your back on the ground, with your feet and backs of your lower legs (up to your knees) on a low table, as if you were sitting in a chair, just rotated 90 degrees. (So your thighs are vertical). Relax for 10-15 minutes or until you feel the tension in your back dissipate and your back settle flat to the ground. Repeat a few times a day.

From a book written by a guy called Egoscue - you can search for him on Amazon. He calls it the silver bullet for back pain.

Hope you feel better.

Peter
