Your questions support that statement. There is no empirical evidence to support the evolutionary hypothesis.

Without the demonstration of a beneficial mutation there is not empirical evidence. We must observe one species evolving into a new viable species before we can elevate the evolutionary hypothesis to the level of a theory. It's never been done. Some years back I visited Argonne National Laboratory in conjunction with my wife's work on her dissertation in mutational genetics. Argonne is one of the premiere genetic research laboratories in the world. The Bioscience labs had been attempting to produce a beneficial mutation for several decades and had failed completely. They summarize their efforts in a neat booklet beneficial mutations available from:
