No, even the one who commited suicide was an evil schemer. But don't forget, it wasn't just Enron, it was all the Texas energy companies at once. Enron was just the engine pulling the train of thieves, and they started their ripping off the day after Bush-Cheney were nominated, only stopping for awhile the day after jeffords switched parties and temporarily have Democrats subpoena powers.

In other words, no accident gas prices are a buck higher under Bush than they were before. All part of the plan.
