this is the proposal put forward by Pollack at the American Enterprise Institute --- I'm happy to see old 'Kraut' coming onboard! So, WHERE IS THE PRESIDENT?????????? President Bush is leading as usual. The thing about leaders is that they don't always get all the details right, but if they are headed in the right general direction, the country and world get closer to the goal. Historically stocks have outperformed bonds, and a blend of the two has outperformed either. President Bush must want what is best for his people. I admire the President for his courage.
