Well, we would of course rather that "some right-wing nutjob" not be appointed to the Supreme Court either! Clinton came up with some Supreme Court appointees that could pass the Judiciary Commitee that had bottled up 40 of his Fed bench appointees, why can't Bush do the same? They won Dem and Repub support. It's not like there aren't people OUT THERE who couldn't really win bipartisan support. All Bush has to do is nominate them. It's called UNITING, not DIVIDING.
