Only IPO I would consider right now would be one of those evangelical or tv based operations...anything in that sector coming public would be foolproof imcco (in my carefully calculated opinion)...and I would not bother doing more than a cursory dd on them...would just buy with both hands and flip it...the market just feels terribly corrupt here...and yes I do know it has always been thus; but, this seems to be pervasive and in all areas now...not cynical just being much more cautious in what I will hold for any length of time. Now you know all this is tongue in cheek...very bored...and strangely enough making more money with the crap than the worthwhile now.
