I can agree with all but #3. We don't need to willingly bring criminals into the military system. They are TOO disruptive. DUI and selling drugs are good reasons to get kicked out of the service not kicked into the service. Better to enlist them before they get arrested. I am glad you now seem to agree it is a problem worth looking at.
