You are saying that because it is your ideals threatened by the appointment of these judges.

If the shoe were on the other foot you would be screaming about the repubs. But the problem is, in the history of the senate, the shoe has not been on the other foot. The previous filibuster was supported by Dems and repubs 19 and 24 respectively. Fortas had ethics problems. The filibuster gave additional time to investigate his problems.

These filibusters are spiteful temper tantrums, totally drawn along political lines for no other reason than the Dems refuse to acknowledge they are not the majority. I honestly see no other reason for these people to act in this manner. Dang babies.

Term limits, man, term limits.
