PTHO - 2.20 + .35 recovered from low of $1.70. Until they get into next phase of testing and then involving partnerships and licensing, this one can probably be traded. But watch out as it moves fast and the spread is often very large. Today, they've narrowed the spread to 2.15 x 2.22, which is just about the smallest spread I've seen on PTHO.
