I think this is a great buying opportunity.... RSTG has formed a reversal candle today on good volume at chart support. There are early buy signals in Williams: 139.142.147.218 Note the BB contraction in this chart....A strong move to the upper BB rail is likely IMHO. Because the chart support is fairly solid, I think the downside risk with RSTG is reasonable, and favors a long position here even though the technical evidence is fairly minimal so far. T
