I know you are just trying to apply the thread rules, but to be honest with you, we are all "alleged" here. We could be anything (and indeed, I've always said there is no way to know what people are, unless you've actually met them, and know them fairly well). I know there are people on SI who are sure they know everything about people just because they've read (or think they've read) the posts of people here. But people not only have the uncertainty of not knowing if the posts are accurate, there is the added uncertainty due to the fact that most people here cannot understand the posts of people who do not think as they do. Therefore, because I believe the level of uncertainty here is so high, and I believe so little of what I read here, I am not bothered in the least by the comments, since they actually support one of my deeply held beliefs about SI. :-)

Of course this is your thread, and if it bothers you I completely understand. I just wanted you to know I was actually pleased with the comment- and may use it later if the issue of legitimacy of SI characters ever comes up.
