Bush asked to explain UK war memo cnn.com CNN (aka Cable Nonsense News) is finally mentioning the memo. About &$#@ time! I bet most American's will say "What memo?" And who is Lord Dearlove? Lord Dearlove (head of MI5) nailed it: The Bush administration was fitting the facts and intelligence to the policy. A backwards approach.
