Some of those pretty brook trout in the higher elevation lakes get verrrry hungry over the winter.
They see a worm -- BAM!

We caught 25 Kokanee yesterday...all bit a little plastic jig. They were aggressive, if you will.

Once they are in jars inside the pressure cooker, they usually become meek.
