Birth control (condoms, etc) is easier to take, for sure. In a civilized society there should rarely be a need for such a thing as PBA. Unwanted pregnancies should be prevented. And accidental pregnancies should be dealt with immediately if it is unwanted. It is so ignorant of society to leave uneducated child/adults to fear exposure of damnation and social opprobrium until they are finally forced by physical danger to a PBA. Your best bet is to eat a cow. Red meat is good for you. Cut down on your vegetables. Eat all the eggs you want (after the first two the cholesterol receptors are filled). Plus, homocysteine is the problem. It creates the notches where cholesterol may cause an arterial problem. Otherwise...try to get a lot of cholesterol.
