Universal Express ''Blackouts'' Judgment Discussion
NEW YORK, May 12, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Universal Express, Inc. (OTCBB: USXP) at the request of the company's counsel, has now entered into a "blackout period" on any press information regarding collection efforts on its judgment against specific naked short sellers. Those efforts have been ongoing since the July 2001 judgment was entered by the Florida court.
