The idea that Bush, the idiot, would place himself up to the level of Churchill or FDR (actually, he thinks he's superior to FDR) shows what a psychotic sociopath --- that may be redundant ---- he is.

So no one tells him that there's a mass evacuation (except press, staffers, etc.) of the Government? He's not in control and even his own handlers understand that Cheney is the ruler of the US of A's executive branch.
