They want to flush everyone out of tech and get them into oil before they pull the plug on the high flyers and run up the techs. Kramer the Schill has told the gullible public that XOM at 62 and VLO at 80 are great buys everybody should have. Good thing I am not tempted by these clowns anymore. Yet the OI for the Apr contracts on INTC and the other semis was very peculiar all the way back as last December. It sure looked like the rally was going to be short lived with all the big boys selling their upside to the gamblers.
