I have been to Mayaya a few times. There are actually two areas called Mayaya on the Kaka River. One of them was explored using a hammer drill. The company gave up on the property when gold went below $300.00.

There was a scammy company from Calgary?? down there but the first thing they did was put in an airstrip. I probably have some photos somewhere.

We worked for two years a bit up river.

Are they leasing the land from a co-op?
