I am waiting for some institutions to upgrade PETM within 1-2 weeks. Only if PetsMart is really doing badly right now, otherwise, the dog should start running uphill and the birds flying. I experienced many retailer stocks, such as KM, BBY. All are just fine. Another similar stock BOST is now just going up. The only thing can drive PETM lower than 8 again is that PETM will go to close its business. Will it happen? On the contrary, if institutions upgrade it, then it will soon be beyond 10. I personally expect the upgrade will be at 9 level.
