The 2nd amendment does not provide for military weapons in the hands of citizens. And when it talks about militias, we already have them. They're called The National Guard. We don't need rightwing extremist wack jobs aremed to the teeth who might someday take the law into their own hands. Remember Oklahoma City, David Koresh and Eric Rudolph.
