My understanding is that The Chile situation is not that of a producer and is still very speculative in that it has good drill results and that is all. Panama is a producer run by a family that did not have enough money to expand and the bank called their operating loan. The deal is with the bank and the family that controls the mine.E//. Plus some private shareholders. E//.
