Ted, Do you like the equal protection for Asian-Americans? Yes, I do. Do you like "equal protection" for polygamists and pedophiles? If you do like the protection that equal protection affords you, then its best to not try to make it exclusive. Of course, it's always "different" for something you personally find detestable. That's why we have laws that clearly define who is protected under equal protection. ted
