I had a real perforated ulcer once; I don't recommend it. But having one of your organs cave in does get your attention and change your perspective on life a bit. I don't think I have ever been badly stressed out since then. Just can't find anything that's worth repeating that kind of agony. Why I went through it in the first place is another story - live and learn.
