Mike: Hokay! Please remember that TWT is a "WHOLESALER" of LD and has myriads of Agents & Resellers out there beating the streets signing up new customers. The Agents can beat the 25 c/min rate, the Resellers can beat the Agent's rates and that leaves something between the wholesale price itself and what Resellers pay!

I would like to see TWT offer ALL Shareholders a special price somewhere in that territory. Good grief, the food chain should allow that!

Mike, you can still "try it before you buy it" by calling Mike Irwin at 800-569-2280 and asking him to set up your name, address, etc. in the TWT data base without switching you. This will cause your calls to be rated at a plan different from the "Casual Caller" rate that will be utilized by just dialing 10009 in front of your calls. You will still be a "Casual Caller" and will dial 10009 in front of your calls, but, since your ANI (Phone Number) will be in the network, your calls will be rated at a different plan.

These LD companies that push "Casual Caller" usage:

1. Have no outside salesmen;

2. Make their margins via 3-minute minimums (wrong number or a fax = 3-minute charge) and

3. Monthly service charges ($5 per month whether you utilize the service or not...and you pay it in advance!)

With TWT, people you sign up will get whatever rate you give them. If you are willing to take a smaller commission on the sale, you can give them a much better rate.

In summary: TWT IS less expensive than AT&T and you can get your friends a low rate by becoming an Agent (no cost) for TWT and signing them up... and then receiving a monthly check based upon their usage.
