Tony Snow this morning implied Reid may have broken some law by looking at this FBI document.

Bush 41 had made the FBI reports available to the committee members involved and the two Senators from the State where the nominees were from. That agreement was still in effect. Reid, therefore, was not entitled to see the reports. No law broken, just an ethical violation. I doubt if he ever saw them, just went from what he was told.

Revealing as much as Reid did on the Senate floor is enough to censure him. Of course, nothing will happen.
