It boggles my mind as the demographic makeup of South Florida continues to take a downward turn. Going to be a lot of leveraged folks down here that are slaves to their mortgages and free and clear wealthy relos who wish they had invested in something else. The local working stiff cannot afford these homes and the higher end is tough to rent outside of the 3-4 month winter season.
