Ali, Hi!! Yes, we've been thru this discussion, dilemma or advantage numerous times...It all depends how you view the situation... Personally, I'd be more concerned if I was a shareholder of HP...How much are they paying management to spin the future? At least with DELL I'm getting results...And, I feel very comfortable knowing that the talent that has built DELL is not leaving for other opportunities...Call it "golden handcuffs"...But, if that's the "price" the shareholder has to pay to some day own it all...I'm all for it!
