Sure thing. 3,071,081 total OUTSTANDING shares. 1,000,000 (approx.) SREG 144 (for 2 more years before being convertable) 471,081 (approx.) Treasury stock Simply subtract thre sregs and treasury stock from the O/S and you see that only 1.6 million shares are suppose to be in the PUBLIC float. The SREG and TREASURY stock is in cert form already. There was already MANY shares in NAME vs. Street before the squeeze was called. Before you ask. No the company is not going to issue any more shares. No the company is not playing with the MM's. No I am not a promoter of the Company.. RG
