LB, Just got this from my buddy in your neighborhood. Enjoy. uw TODAYS HONOLULU ADVERTISER, Friday the 13th (go figure) $221,000,000.00 for Hawaii bases moves fwd. Here is how some of the money gets spent. 1) 41mil. ‘military only’ dirt road (I used to hunt on w my old 4wd.) 2) 24.7mil. vehicle maint fac. 3) 5.7mil. fire sta. 4) 9.3mil. vehicle wash facility. 5) 2.5mil for F15 ‘rinse’ facility. Ref. The above for my comments below 1) My old Ford Bronco never got stuck on that road, Strykers must suck. 2) Vehicle maint. was battlefield conditions, in the driveway, w wife. 3) We pissed on fires and very last resort was throw a Budweiser at it. 4) I washed maybe once a year, the truck even less. 5) Will not just ‘rinse’, but hand wash and wax all F15s weekly for half that money for a very long time. There’s more but it only gets worse. Jesus, Mary and Joseph where does it end.
