Muslim fanatics from other countries not from iraq. Baathists using them no doubt to muck things up but this is a cynical attempt by purely secular folks to take advantage of the so-called devout.

I'm very impressed by the intelligence collection and analysis effort.

1. Established that all suicide bombers have very low IQ.
2. All suicide bombers are foreign.
3. All suicide bombers were untold that they were to be present when the bomb exploded.
4. All suicide bombers are directed by Baathist secularists.

Were they able to figure all that out from just the body parts?
