It was racist, not non-PC.

I don't think I explained myself too well. Fox's comment, though racist, is likely not to be held too much against him in Mexico. Why? Beats me, a whole complex of questions I would have to think about carefully. The net/net, however, is that Mexicans in my experience don't get too worked up about comments such as Fox's.

Can you imagine the outcry if Bush had made the statement?
