It just occurred to me. Suppose an American Christian, incarcerated in an Arabic country, had his bible desecrated and flushed down a toilet. Imagine the world reaction if, in response, Christians had demonstrated violently in Muslim communities in the U.S. and killed some Muslims in the process.
