Re what's your thoughts on Iran and their nuclear ideas?

I am not sure how I feel about this.

I wish they would give it up. But in a way I wish they would continue such that the issue becomes the catalyst to change the current regime.

I wish they would give it up, but they signed the None Proliferation Treaty and have not in any shape or form violated it.

I wish they would give it up, but why has no one said a thing as Israel's has “secretly” developed a vast nuclear arsenal. Iran is very much scared of Israel and many believe that they need nuclear weapons to neutralize Israel's threat.

I know it is hard for anyone to imagine the ultimate goal not being the nuclear bomb, but I think there are factions in Iranian government that wants it only for power generation. Iran as a culture views oil as a natural treasure and believe all oil should be exported and not used. For this reason Iran has developed a very sophisticated series of hydro electric dams.

I do however wish very much they would give it up.
